Basic Stay with Room for Improvement

Had a comfortable night in the Queen Room. However, customer service left much to be desired. Breakfast options were limited, and the front desk staff could be friendlier. Consider calling ahead for a quick check-in, and perhaps avoid peak hours for a smoother experience.

I enjoyed my stay at this motel, as it was close to King Park, perfect for my weekend walks, and just a short drive to the beautiful Dyck Arboretum of the Plains, where I could immerse myself in nature. the staff was friendly and the room comfortable, making it a nice home base for my explorations.

The hotel provided a clean and affordable place to rest, which was a pleasant surprise. However, the rude service encountered during check-in and some maintenance issues, like noise from the AC, dampened the experience. It's great for the price, but improvements are needed.

Jacuzzi was nice, but room drainage was poor. Hot shower was a plus!

rodeway has a welcoming atmosphere with a fantastic indoor pool that we loved. the fitness center was handy for keeping up with our workouts, which is a big plus! we enjoyed our stay in the queen room with two queen beds, and the hot shower was a nice touch after our long day. the location is convenient, being close to wichita.

The stay started on a rough note with an unwelcoming vibe from the front desk. When I arrived with my service animal, the staff demanded proof of certification in a very rude manner. After providing the necessary documents, the interaction didn’t improve. They continued to be aggressive in explaining the limitations for my service dog, lacking any form of courtesy or gratitude for my business. On the positive side, the queen room was decent with a hot shower that worked well. The room had standard amenities like air conditioning and coffee facilities, but the overall cleanliness could use some attention. Breakfast left much to be desired, with limited options available and a messy setup. Poor service overshadowed the comfort.

The breakfast was pretty darn good. They had a Belgian waffle maker who doesn't love waffles! Melissa, the front desk lady, went above and beyond to help us. She even offered to pick up our pool towels so we wouldn't have to worry about that even after a long drive!

Though it wasn't just pocket change for a night it was still acceptable for what we got.
